Which materials do you work with?
Stainless steel, galvanised iron, mild steel, aluminium, spring steel and PVC-coated galvanised iron. Screen beading is made in rubber and polyurethane.
Can you make mesh or sheets to a custom size?
Yes. Tell us the opening, wire diameter or sheet thickness, panel size and material, and we make it to that specification.
What should I send to get a quote?
The material, mesh count or aperture, wire diameter or sheet thickness, sizes, quantity and where it will be used. A drawing or sample helps if you have one.
Where do you supply from?
From our units in Ahmedabad, Gujarat and Nagpur, Maharashtra. We supply across India and also export.
Why fit rubber or PU beading under a vibrating screen?
Beading sits between the screen and the deck so metal never rubs on metal. That cuts wear and extends the life of the screen.
